On April 14, 2022, Heuser Hearing & Language Academy held an emergency information meeting about the changes Jefferson County Public Schools is making with HHLA partnership. Some of the topics addressed were about the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program and the changes JCPS will make to it, such as removing all staff members by the end of the school year.
