LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 2nd, 2021) – Heuser Hearing Institute, a Louisville nonprofit and leader in audiology, is excited to announce their new health education seminars. The Kentuckiana community will have two opportunities to learn more about effective hearing and its contribution to overall being, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life. These scheduled events are set to take place in-person and virtually on March 15th and 16th.
Heuser Hearing Institute (HHI) is a multi-specialty nonprofit campus that promotes the needs of children and adults with hearing disorders and balance issues. The HHI has proudly served the Louisville and surrounding areas since 1948, and today, offers three facilities to help promote, evaluate, and rehabilitate hearing and balance disorders in children and adults. Their three facilities include the Heuser Hearing and Language Academy, which offers outstanding preschool and kindergarten programs; the Heuser Hearing Clinic, which is home to a staff of audiologists and otolaryngologists serving patients of all ages; and the Heuser Early Intervention Program, which provides home-based services for infants and toddlers through the Kentucky and Indiana First Steps programs.
The new health education seminars are scheduled for Monday, March 15 (11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) and Tuesday, March 16 (4 – 5 p.m.). These one-hour seminars will also include the opportunity for registrants to preview revolutionary new hearing technology from Oticon—the all-new More™. The Oticon More is an exciting new cognition-boosting device, designed with a novel processor that gives the brain the relevant information it needs to make better sense of sound, resulting in better speech understanding with less effort and the ability to remember more.
