Kaitlyn Wells
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Art Education, with a minor in secondary education, from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. Kaitlyn holds a state teaching license and is certified to teach art for grades K–12.
Before joining Heuser and KY HEARS, Kaitlyn spent five years as an art teacher in Tennessee. While she will always have a deep love for teaching and the classroom, she embraces life’s changes and is excited to grow in a new career field. As she and her husband relocate to Louisville, Kaitlyn looks forward to traveling across Kentucky with KY HEARS, connecting with communities, and continuing to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn is an avid collector of tiny treasures, stickers, tattoos, and artwork, and she proudly considers herself an enthusiast of dinosaurs and coffee shops. Her two dogs, Beau and Tucker, keep her active and outdoors. They truly are the sweetest boys on the planet! In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys reading, creating art, playing board and video games, and spending time with friends and family.
