Sometimes you may feel hopeless and completely alone. If you are struggling to cope with your dizziness, a support group of individuals going through a similar experience can provide help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are on Facebook, try reaching out to one or more of the support groups below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vestibular Disorders Support Group<\/li><li>Vertigo Support Group<\/li><li>Dizzy and Vertigo Support Group<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you aren\u2019t on Facebook, your local Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA) chapter often has support groups listed on their website \u2013 vestibular.org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can discuss resources for support with your audiologist at Heuser Hearing Institute.
