Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you are 70 \u00bd or older, consider a tax-free gift from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donor Advised Fund <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A donor advised fund, which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Heuser Hearing & Language Academy or the LDOS Foundation. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hearing Aids and Devices <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your donated hearing aids and devices are used in our hearing aid loaner bank, the largest of its kind in the state, to give those in need in our community the gift of sound. If you would like to donate hearing aids and devices, drop them off at any of our locations during regular business hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giving Through Your Will or Estate <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Including a gift in your will or estate plans helps ensure that future generations will have access to hearing health and experience the gift of sound and language. 1948 Legacy Society membership is extended to individuals who support Heuser Hearing Institute and\/or the Louisville Deaf Oral School Foundation through a bequest in their will or living trust, a beneficiary designation in a retirement account or life insurance policy, or through other gifts that provide income for life and tax benefits to the donor. Learn more about the 1948 Legacy Society<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazon Wish List <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Donors can purchase items from our Amazon Wish List<\/a> and have them delivered directly to Heuser Hearing Institute. You may also drop off donated items to one of our locations during regular business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For stock held in brokerage accounts, your broker can assist you in making a gift of stock via a direct transfer to Heuser Hearing & Language Academy.
