Our Early Intervention Program is an in-home service available to qualifying families throughout the regions we serve. We offer services to families in all Kentucky counties as well as several communities in Southern Indiana. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about the areas we serve.
Our Early Intervention Program is available for children from birth to three years old. Families must qualify for the Kentucky or Indiana First Steps program to receive continued care.
First Steps Program Eligibility
Children are eligible for services through First Steps if they:
Have a diagnosed developmental delay in one of the following areas:
- Physical (including vision and hearing)
- Self-help/Personal Responsibility
Have a diagnosed physical or mental condition that is likely to result in a developmental delay including severe toxic exposure, neurological abnormalities as a newborn, low birth weight and disorders in these categories:
