Dana Dicken attended Eastern Kentucky University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy in 1994. She joined Heuser Hearing Institute as a patient care coordinator in November 2017 and moved to Heuser Hearing & Language Academy as school coordinator in August 2018. She is very excited to be working in the academy. She has worked with the geriatric population, specifically with dementia/Alzheimer’s patients, for over 20 years. Dana’s daughter attended Heuser Hearing & Language Academy when she was three and four years old and transitioned to a typical classroom. Dana believes that Heuser Hearing & Language Academy is a fabulous school!
